Bemerkenswert weil das Album erst frühestens in 88 Jahren veröffentlicht werden soll – aus Urheberrechtsgründen. Das wird auf der Auktions-Website, auf der man sich für die Versteigerung des Albums registrieren lassen kann, erklärt: „The Buyer acquires full public and commercial rights in the Artwork eighty eight (88) years from the date of sale.“ Der Käufer darf das Album zwar selbst hören und anderen vorspielen, aber es darf nicht vervielfältigt werden.
Method Man findet das überhaupt nicht lustig. Im Gespräch mit XXL sagt er:
