Die Idee ist nicht neu, aber immer wieder gut, erst Recht wenn sie wie in diesem Fall so gut umgesetzt ist und der Sound auch noch ordentlich ist: Die Zuschauer filmen ein Konzert mit ihren Smartphones und Kameras aus allen möglichen Perspektiven aus dem Publikum. Später werden die Aufnahmen zum Konzert geschnitten und mit einer Audience Recording oder sogar Soundboard Spur vertont.
Verantwortlich für den tollen Multicam Mitschnitt des The Cure Konzerts 20. am Oktober 2016 in Lodz waren die Macher der der polnischen The Cure Fanseite thecure.pl. Knapp drei Monate intensiver Schnitt- und Postproduktionsarbeit investierten die Fans in ihr fast 3-stündiges und eindrucksvolles Konzertvideo.
